Dear,
We are taking care of health issue of our employee but not as on call doctor. We have consult one doctor for all employee. Whenever any employee has join we are giving one visit with our consult doctor. Doctor will take note each and every detail of that candidate (from blood group to allergy)
and we are taking contact number of employee's family doctor so on time of emergency consult doctor and that family doctor coordinate and take care of employee's health.
and First Aid box is always there for primary treatment.

Except HR, 90% job are related with machine so there is no need to use feelings, but in HR job we have to dealing with human beans there is need be create familiar atmosphere (so candidate can share their feeling form work and company easily)and I think FEMALE CAN DO IT BETTER THEN MALE
( Sorry, I am just jocking)
Actully,
No there is no any rules for that.
Even you can see in this site hrlink.com we all are in HR but there is neither majority of female nor male. Yes you are right generally in HR consultant firm we can see more female candidate but it is coincident. Nothing more.
Still I am waiting for others focus on this topic.

MBA is needed to be successful in our carrier but not in our field.
I can give u example, I am M.Com + Diploma IT and I am working in HR. in my career I played role for generalist HR, and core HR. Now a day I am handling HR team. This growth I got from my talent and my interest in HR. Even I have confident I can be manager but if I will work with same company bcz my company owner knows my talent.
If I would like to change job they surely will look out my qualification. May I will pass from their technical round or in orally questionnaire but that management team sure will look out on my qualification.
I am recruiting IT people. I am looking on projects which candidate has been done, experience, knowledge, grasping power, decision making skill, but I am forced to look out on qualification, college and percentage.
Finally I can say we can make carrier without MBA but it is not easy to reach on stage which we are deserving.
