Dear Friends

Kindly let me know how corporates are calculating Notice period pay for employees its from Basic Salary or Gross salary. If we are adjusting leaves in their notice period how we will calculate that its from Basic or Gross???

Yes it is calculating on basic salary.

Basic of attend period + balance leave's pay + way of paid
