Ideas on Monthly Incentives Schemes

Hi,



I run a Recruitment Agency, we are a small team of 6 members. I would like to have some innovative ideas on the incentives which will keep the employees motivated. All these days we have been giving the incentives on per closure basis individually. But this seems to be hampering the team work.



Please suggest me some schemes which would give us best of both the worlds team work as well as motivation :)

Thats right Rinku. though the team members are offered loads of incentives for their performance, a best performer should be recognized in a proper way. I would suggest you to come up with an option (Rewards and recognition program) which helps you to recognize the best performers, motivate other team members and increase the employee engagement and commitment too.

Thanks a lot Sanjay. This seems to be bible of rewards and recognition... very informative. I liked the Warm Fuzzy Nomination one ( Peer 2 Peer Recongition), i think this will not only build a strong work culture but also bring in healthy competitiveness among the other employees.
