Hi,
I am currently working as a Recruitment Consultant in an Australian.
Now I am planning to open a Recruitment firm by myself.
I need guidance how to go for it. What all thing I should take into cosiderations.
If someone can suggest some ideas that would be great.
Starting a Placement agency company in India requires a bit of know hows.
Here I have mentioned few important points
1. Decide a peculiar name to consultancy
2.Find out a right place
3.Buy nice infrastructure.
4.Buy a domain name
5.Get your website Designed and Hosted
6.Buy naukri or monster login
7.Advertisements on papers/net
8.Contact clients for man power requirement.
9.Visit campuses to get the database of freshers

Dear Tanika,
I dont know whether it is ethical or not of recommending someone to advice without asking her / his prior consent. But I was in HRlink more than year now. As I know, the best person to help you is "Shipra". you can ping her in this regard.
I think that will help you. and Shipra, I think I am not wrong in this regard.

Tanika,
First of all congratulations !!! you have taken a good decision.
Krishna has given a list of requirements for your planning. thanks krishna.
I think,
before starting, you should work on following points.
1. Proper name of the firm, location, nice & sober design of furniture, - This helps alot, cause this creates a first impression to the candidate & client.
2. Marketing of your firm.
3. you should have standard documents of procedures & policies. It will help you alot.
4. The fullfilment of legal requirements.
5. thorugh knowledge of the profiles you are going to handle in future - Today, there are lot of placements in the market, but we still have to search a lot for proper candidate.
Best luck for your future.
