Dear Friend,

Here in maharashtra, we receive the notification for the changes in dearness allowances twice in year from dy. director of labour ministry. on which we have to revise the salary structures. generally it happens in Jan & Jul every year.

Regards,

Sandeep.
Dear Sreenivasa,

DA (Dearness allowance) is to be revised twice per anually, as per revisions done by labour ministry & mentioned in minimum wages act. It depends on the inflation index & can be increased / decreased accordingly. the DA is again different for each sector like mine, auto, steel. If the company has put fixed DA, they might have taken a prior consent / approval from the concerned govt authority. if not, then it is non - compliance.

Sandeep.

Very nice.

But I Think the Gross per anuum is calculated on the basis of salary paid. if person works for 26/30 days, the salary will affect gross per annum amount. if you use payroll softwares to calculate salary, you can get exact amount displyed on the salary slip. but, this is again the suggestion, we can also calculate it through excel by using other methods.

Replied to "EPF & ESI Challan " in Compensation and Benefits!!

Dear Sai,

We can prepare the summary of amount against the ESI No.s & attach it to the challan. there is no need to put ESI no on the challan in this case.

Harish,

I think I am agree with Neils post. Their performance shows that they both are working for the company with their maintained personal life. their performance shows that they are not hampering organizational growth & covers organizational aspect. their behaviour & again their performance is ciovering ethical, moral & behavioural aspect.

I think, there no need to talk to them or interfare in this.

Tanika,

First of all congratulations !!! you have taken a good decision.

Krishna has given a list of requirements for your planning. thanks krishna.

I think,

before starting, you should work on following points.

1. Proper name of the firm, location, nice & sober design of furniture, - This helps alot, cause this creates a first impression to the candidate & client.
2. Marketing of your firm.
3. you should have standard documents of procedures & policies. It will help you alot.
4. The fullfilment of legal requirements.
5. thorugh knowledge of the profiles you are going to handle in future - Today, there are lot of placements in the market, but we still have to search a lot for proper candidate.

Best luck for your future.

Sandeep
