Dear All,
My concern, the Hr is most significant job,so Hr Managers will see the initial performance of the candidates.
U know Hr is a cost center and he will see the cost reduction get more work from professionals.
Also Hr Manager see the fitment justification weather the candidate suitable for the job or not.
So that the HR professionals get less pay his career start.
If any body have quarries Please come up with that i will give some more things.
Thank u
Regards,
HARI KUMAR .

Hi Praveen,
MBA Fellows are not having some time high market and some time low market like software fellows , MBA'S are having constant market,In MBA for marketing people there is a open locker if they achieve their target the will get good package from initial stage it's a stress full job and you need to work on field but HR is a dream role and HR is most professional in any company and every should behave carefully with HR salary is not important just think about HR role, but i am sure once HR will get 2-3 years exp he will rockzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Praveen,
ur query on sal wil certainly depend on the role ur choosing n org/company as well.... less sal wil b quite common in start up to mid level consulting company's.. MNCs(across industries) have predefined sal structures based on the industry std, GDP, respective org performance, etc...
Do hav a broad focus across the industries, does'nt limit ur self in consulting(man power).. wer obviously sal wud b less for the tenures..
comments appreciated

Because MBA fresher’s they don’t have the experience in current job profile.
And our Education universities are not implementing modern system.
There is not innovative strategic management planning subjects.
Suggestion: every MBA student must do 1 year live project, that should be use full her/his future and helpful for our nation.

Dear HR professional,
i am satya working as a HR Trainee....i understood ur queiry....as a HR trainee or MBA HR freshers compared with others the salary is low, because from HR side REVENUE is very low for the company or any organisation.....
The HR can manage the company reductions in outcomes and investments....but in software or sales deparments they are given the very much revenue for the organisation....so most of the companies pay the higher salaries to other departments.....but now a days HR department is al so a Revenue generated department,,,,so some MNC's paid higher salaries for the HR Freshers...
still u ve any doubts send queries to mba10hr@gmail.com

Hi Praveen,
"Less " is a relative term and depends on what we are comparing on and against .... you have one side of coin where MBA - Management Trainees paid whooping 8+ Lakhs/per annum( 0 years exp) on the other hand less than 5K per month.. it all depends on exposure, quality, type of B'school, company size, nature of activities and many of the those.. its essential to compare ourselves what we are capable of, company that we are choosing and biggest dont compare with others .. because there is no Apple-Apple match even between twins when it comes to abilities and skills

How much you make now is very relative indeed, and comparison will not help either. However when beginning a career, it's more important to see that you get exposed to as many areas as possible, - whether you like all of it or not, or only some of it. It's the seeds that you sow for your future.
Here is a small statement from personal experience..."A nut with high self belief, stay buried in the soil and hung on despite the varying weather, the winds and what not. The seed grew and today stands an oak in that place."
If you can imbibe this philosophy, you are sure to grow.
Best wishes.
