ur query on sal wil certainly depend on the role ur choosing n org/company as well.... less sal wil b quite common in start up to mid level consulting company's.. MNCs(across industries) have predefined sal structures based on the industry std, GDP, respective org performance, etc...

Do hav a broad focus across the industries, does'nt limit ur self in consulting(man power).. wer obviously sal wud b less for the tenures..

really heart touching..!

infact, this short story make me to went thru my college days.. honestly.
one of my lecturer's took the same session, but this is to bring in the class a belongingness, how imp I AM to my ppl, build team spirit. I still carry that piece of Paper what my classmates wrote abt me... that DAY was one of the best days i had.

Once, i have practiced the same with one my clients ROW team... enormous response from the team they understood their valuable contributions were recognised and team still remember him as great contributor... many to list with this exp.
