Hi,
Forums are generally meant for discussions, to share ideas and it's a kind of knowledge transfer also.
people may be busy in their own aspects and i do accept that quite a few feel shy to speak because of communication.

There is not much difference between the change management and organizational development.
Change management speaks about the changes to be made within the Organization.
Organizational development speak about the culture and growth of the company.

Hi Rashid,
PF is something which will be deducted from the employee salary on monthly basis and can be withdrawn after the retirement.
Gratuity is something where an employee need to withstand in a company for 5years and only then they will be eligible to go for it.

You will be eligible for your gratuity only once you finish 5years of your service in the same company.

It again depends on case-case basis. Many companies go with basic salary itself but at the same there are many companies who go with full salary.
