Dear HR-HEAD, One of my specialist Area in HR field is this , first studies conducted on Existing Organisations Model & Conduct Cost effective Studies and Found out How much Lakhs Money your company is wasting ALREADY ? Labour Audit , Employees Time Studies , Contribution , Per day Work force Contribution , Work station Arrangement & Facilities to employees -Better Performance etc , then Go for KPA,KPI,etc Technic s and Training and last by O.D.
There is a General concept to Proprietors that HR-Department is a Non Productive Dept in lallaji
