Hi Meena

My suggestion would be...adopt a village near by and start your initiative on"female feticide, child marriage, Dowry, child labor ..etc". . as per ur agenda,

- do a road show
- make stage performances, group activities, etc
- build groups locally and keep up the campaign live
- track your progress thorugh indirect surveys

you can also join the programs organised by the rural development dept. ( govt. authorised)

if you are looking for list of NGO`s supporting such projects. You can find it in
http://www.ngosindia.com/ngos.php

this site has all the ngo supporting variuos projects on variuos causes.

Hope this helps your need

Cheers

Replied to "A Million $ Question" in General Awareness!!

Hi Priyanka

This question may sound silly and as others said once a person decides to leave..she/he will leave no matter how well you try to retain.

But if you look at the same question from the recruiter point of view....the answer could give you some clues whether she/he is really interested in your job or just wants to know his market value he /she is here for an interview.

This is question can save your time and companies interest with the candidate
....instead we can give priority to genuine candidates

There are more perspectives...
