Dear Ramakrishna,
Indeed it would be a good debate,
There is nothing in the “name”… it’s just a form to help you address others… you can be called any other name…but “you” remain the same…
We have no choice on our names, they have been chosen by our parents/grand parents…etc. (I am not talking about those who change it later on!! :) )
Names do not make us, we are the ones, who add character to our names! We can distinguish ourselves, by our thoughts, deeds & what we leave behind…not our names…
We are addressed/remembered by our “names”, but it’s not just a “name” it is an ocean which we have built through out the years…consciously with our own choice…
Sure others would have more point to add on...

Every name has its own beautiful Meaning.... So plz i request u all to share it here....

Hi Zaman,
Another good idea... :)
Thanks Zaman...
Diana : is of Latin origin, and it means "divine".
Mythology: Diana was an ancient Roman divinity who came to be associated with the Greek God "Artemis". Noted for her beauty and fleetness...Diana is also known as Goddess of hunting and Moon. :)
However there are debates that it’s actually of Arabic origin, coincidently meaning "Divinity"...

The meaning of my name is obvious to many - The two avatars of God in Hindu Mythology.
Here is a quick quote about names in general. It's a debatable but popular quote!
"What's in a name? A rose smells as sweet by any other name"
What do you think of this quote? Agree / Disagree / Other Ideas?
