What would be the best answer in a very positive way for the question; “Why you switched / resigned from the last job?” when you have worst experience during last job.
Hi Sashmita,
This question is designed to do two things...
1) To find out if u are willing to bad mouth ur previous managers or collegues
2) Whether you are inclined to job hop every few months
Try to put a positive spin on why you left your last job
Whatever it maybe you have to give a Positive and Substantial answer to ur hiring manager
One of the best interview answers would be to say that you are keen to develop new skills and meet new challenges
Best Regards,
Janani

It is good to say "For Better Career Prospects/Opportunities" or as a matter of fact if anything is specific for your job change which is for a good cause you can mention that, like.. Change in Location. But never talk about the negative aspects of your current job which are making you look for job change like "Bad Boss" or "I don't like the current team members in the project" or "I don't like the compensation and employee benefits in the current organization".
Hi,
The response to this question should be as per the situation and the condition at that point of time.
most of the times it is dangerous to give diplomatic answer. certainly any time it is not suggested to talk bad about the current employer.
in my personal opinion the answer should be very open and should be appropriate to the new role you are going to take and the same time it should provide positive hope.
Good Luck.
