New Year's Wishes…

To you and your family - Best wishes for good health, wealth and happiness forever.

May you get a clean bill of health from your dentist, your cardiologist, your gastro-enterologist, your urologist, your proctologist, your podiatrist, your psychiatrist and your plumber.

May your hair, your teeth, your face-lift, your abs and your stocks not fall; and may your blood pressure, your triglycerides, your cholesterol, your white blood count and your mortgage interest not rise.

May New Year's Eve find you seated around the table, together with your beloved family and cherished friends. May you find the food better, the environment quieter, the cost much cheaper, and the pleasure much more fulfilling than anything else .

May what you see in the mirror delight you, and what others see in you delight them. May someone love you enough to forgive your faults, be blind to your blemishes, and tell the world about your virtues.

May the telemarketers wait to make their sales calls until you finish dinner, may the commercials on TV not be louder than the program you have been watching, and may your check book and your budget balance - and include generous amounts for charity.

May you remember to say "I love you" at least once a day to your spouse, your child, your parent, your siblings; but not to your secretary, your nurse, your masseuse, your hairdresser or your tennis instructor.

And may we live in a world at peace and with the awareness of God's love in every sunset, every flower's unfolding petals, every baby's smile, every lover's kiss, and every wonderful, astonishing, miraculous beat of our heart.

Speechless!!! :-)
In case of person whose salary would comprise of components like basic, DA (dearness allowance), employee retention allowance in that case it would be a total 10% of all the three components of the salary.

Again in case the salary of the employee is comprised only of basic, and no DA (dearness allowance), employee retention allowance in the salary. In that case it would be a total 12% deduction from the basic components of the salary.

In both the case the employer would contribute an equal amount to the employee’s contribution and the same is deposited to the Provident Fund account for the employee
Hi Bhanu,

Thanks for ur comment.

A simple answer for your query is

"Life Long Learning"

Coz it will attribute for your Career advancement.

We should stop comparing ourself to others and start loving to learn which in turns motivates us and make us to reach our planned or even surprised destination.

As rightly said by The Great Tamil Poet "Valluvar" - Known is a drop; Unknown is an ocean"

Learning has no boundries.

Happy weekend.

Warm regards,
Janani

Hi Sashmita,

This question is designed to do two things...

1) To find out if u are willing to bad mouth ur previous managers or collegues

2) Whether you are inclined to job hop every few months

Try to put a positive spin on why you left your last job

Whatever it maybe you have to give a Positive and Substantial answer to ur hiring manager

One of the best interview answers would be to say that you are keen to develop new skills and meet new challenges

Best Regards,
Janani
