This is due to the influence on our culture. This can be changed only when each and every individual think about it. Not only the "Babe" some other words are there which are indecent but most of we use it daily by knowingly or unknowingly.
So I promise that I will not use it from today.

It has been brought to the managements attention that some individuals have been using foul language during the execution of duties....To this end, our HR dept has compiled a list of code phrase replacements so that the proper exchange of idead and information can continue in an effective manner without offence to our more easily offended employess... The phrases are

I think use of such language depends on two people who are in conversation, if the other person felt bad or embarrassed then the person should tell that he felt embarrased and the other person must apologies and should not hurt his/her feelings next time and try to avoid such words. However avoid using such words which gives a wrong impression.

well, i agree with all those who said it depends on the two individuals...

but we need to remember we are working as professionals, no more in college or a camp.... so there are some particular points & ethics which needs to be kept in mind and followed as well...

using offensive /slang language doesnt make one COOL !!!... it shows how unprofessional he/she is actually....


and yes, 99% girls DO NOT like to be called BABE !!!
