Hi Uma,
"exit interview" is basically an exchange of information when an employee is leaving the organisation. The interview is taken by an HR personnal or by the person immediate Manager or by a team of people which include his manager and an HR personal, the basically talk to the person who is leaving the organisation about the various reasons as to why he is leaving the organsiation, his experiences (Good or Bad). The main objective of the Hr Person is that since the Co. has invested in that person and he knows about the Company (if he is working in the Company for more than one year) then Co. tries to retain that employee as he knows about the Company and its in and out behaviour.

Hi Emma, Here is the reply of your questions:
1. A murderer is condemned to death. He has to choose between three rooms. The first is full of raging fires, the second is full of assassins with loaded guns, and the third is full of lions that haven't eaten in 3 years.
Which room is safest for him?
Ans: The murder will choose Third room because the lions were dead as they did'nt had anything for past three years
2. A woman shoots her husband. Then she holds him under water for Over 5 minutes. Finally, she hangs him. But 5 minutes later they both go
out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together. How can this be?
Ans: Because hat lady took her husband's photograph.
3. What is black when you buy it, red when you use it, and gray when you throw it away?
Ans: Coal
4. Can you name three consecutive days without using the words Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday?
Ans: Today, Tomorrow, Yesterday
5. This is an unusual paragraph. I'm curious how quickly you can find out what is so unusual about it. It looks so plain you would think nothing was wrong with it. In fact, nothing is wrong with it! It is unusual though. Study it, and think about it, but you still may not find anything odd. But if you work at it a bit, you might find out.
Ans: in the entire para there is letter "E" being used.

Hi Rekha,
The thoughts provided by you is really excellent............
The thoughts provided by you is really excellent............
I think use of such language depends on two people who are in conversation, if the other person felt bad or embarrassed then the person should tell that he felt embarrased and the other person must apologies and should not hurt his/her feelings next time and try to avoid such words. However avoid using such words which gives a wrong impression.

Hi Gopal,
Thats a real good thing as we can exchange ideas & thoughts. However I am just curious to know that what can be done for those people who are not in Hyderabad. Is there a way around to it for eg: whats the agenda of the meeting, if we come to know before a week or so then we can try to post or give our comments through mail...............
Its a suggestion from my end.......whats your take on this?
Regards
Deepak
