very useful template. Thanks a lot for the same. Appreciate your inclination to support scores of HR professionals with the many artifacts and information.
Coming to this template The importance scale starts is 3 -5 and also in competency tab, the BARS scale is also 3 -5. However in practice we see that a resource is exceptional in one parameter and is not there at all in the other. The best example for this could be is a Software developer. Often we see that in Coding skills he /she would be exceptional and the best in technology. But sometimes not anywhere near in softskills or attitude. So two questions arise for an organization from this template, what is impornant 1, 2. and what if the resource is 1 or 2 in softskill but 4,5 in technical skills.

well, i know we can always add 1,2 scores but how is this template used in current form is the question.
