i am agree with the methods , which we are using for interview but the ? is that .
1. now candidates are very smart
2. we can not judge any one by one or two interview.
3. in any applicant we are looking only positive traits during interview.

do not leave the job till you get the new job and time being you take leave for interview & for serching the job.
remember that without job it is hard to serch the job and you will not able to get good compensation also.
