I want to know the details about payroll system:
-Standard Pay structure followed by organization.
-Deductions, ESI, PF, TDS.
-Details about basic salary, HRA, DA, Conveyance, Medical allowance etc.
-Calculation of gross and ner salary.
-Calculation of CTC.
-Preperation of break up salary.
Please provide me information on above mention topic.

Thanks good one, can any one help me out in pay roll management, i had two years of experience in recruitment and now i am planning to move in general hr so i want to know the payroll management, as a starter in pay roll management what are all the things should i know. kindly help me in this regards.
