Negotiation skills
Thank you Varsha.
We are negotiators since we're kids and then as adults in our everyday life, when we want to close a good deal, get a raise or purchase a good.
Beside our inborn ability to negotiate we need to learn how to be creative, to find strong arguments but also to think flexibly and rapidly, to set the limits for each negotiation, to make some concessions but also stand up for what we believe is fair or right for us, in order to get what we want, what we deserve.
