Need HR Suggestions

Hi Friends,

I m willing to go for some short term classes for core HR management, please keep these criteria in your mind when suggesting

1.My current profile is only into recruitment - not necessarily required.

2. I work from 9.30-6.30 while it blocks my time from

8.15am - 7.15pm

3. Fee is not the big issue, for studies i can work any hard to earn and spend

4. I can't attend outstation classes (only in Noida, Ghaziabad and near by Delhi area)

5.I have around 4yrs experience

6.I m sharp minded person i can cover more in less time

7.I m desperate to go for some online weeks or months prgrms not very long like 2-3 yrs as many institutes impart, for that i will like to know about Executive MBA related to HR from any premium institute

feel free to ask any query

They held classes recntly in Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkatta and delhi. They normally have 2-3 day certification classes type. Just contact this guy and get more details.

Surprisingly no other reply, i have noticed many times that our members are not responding on the topics which are useful to many in some sense, we are very active in few topics which can be left also.

why we are more active for motivational or humor section then any query post.

i m really surprised to see the response on this post as many of us will be doing some programm, some are very high positions in HR and can suggest how and what to know more about HR and also many of us will be willing to go for such progrms.

i m sorry if i m hard in my words but i was not expecting this response from my fellow members.

Shipra, I can understand your concern but I don't accept that most of the motivational or humor posts only are getting more attention than the useful posts. The information regarding any professional issues will be delayed due to various problems like time constraints and other things which we have to understand from members point of view. It's only one day and we cannot jump to conclusions that the members are not active or not reacting quickly to useful topics. Have some patience and let us see.

Also you are Improving your skills by Gathering information in different topics, like, Induction,Payrolls, ESI, PF, PA, Employee Relations, Training & Development and Exit Interviews. Geeta i will welcome your suggestions at least on these topics.

Hi Shipra,

I Understand your concern, but really sorry to say...the statement you have made "members are not responding on the topics which are useful to many in some sense, we are very active in few topics which can be left also" is not appropriate. If a member has a information regarding your query, they will for sure respond to your posting.
Moreover you have your own criteria to be met and before suggesting you we have to keep several criteria in our mind as told by you.
May be this is one of the reason why you didn't get many replies on this topic.

Sorry if i am too harsh. I told you these facts only because you wanted to know why we are not responding to your posting.
