I am Manonmani working in Consultancy as HR recruiter for past 7 months . I new to this forums. I seen your MIS attachment. Its fine but i dont know the meaning of site that you have mention in the excel sheet. Can you explain it

Dear Pradeep,
Could you please help a draft on the HR policies on the below mentioned points,
Recruitment Selection Policy
Leave policy - which is followed by Govt acts.
working hours - My CEO says different timings for diff dept has to be followed. Corporate, back office and sales - flexi hours, and the operations will have to give the customers timing.
Termination policy
Awards and recognition Policy
Performance management policy.
Kindly advise ASAP.
