Please find 12 traits of Employees Engagement listed by Gallup as per the surveys conducted by them.I believe this is very useful in determining how best the employees are engaged.also there is an interesting leadership effective index which is also useful.look forward to see u r comments on this.Hav a gr8 weekend.
