guys, please help as i m very much confused
Dear Jinal,
You have mentioned about one year in HR, but which specialisation?
Since you are still in the learning stage, you should just concentrate in learning different aspects & fields in HR...
It would be much better if you could make up your mind about what you like to specialise in? & what are you good at?
Do you have enough patience? communication & convincing skills? zeal & interest in hunting the right candidates? dealing with them? negotiating? meeting the deadlines....then recruitment would be suitable to you...
If you are good in support, facility management & administration....then you should opt for this...
What I could suggest is, get in a role which you feel interested, or else you will not only loose interest in that job, but in HR as a profession it self!!!
So for now, concentrate on learning different skills first...after a year you can chose the best field which would interest & suit your talents well...
All the best !!!
Welcome to the HR world !!! :)

Joining to any stream is not bad enough but you think what is ur assets, what and why for >>.calculate and evaluate>>>>>Then proceed. See everything at this stage will be new for you and also easy to grip up. Well as a HR one should have all domain knowledge and expertise in any one field. So you have a long way to go ahead.
Best of Luck
Try your level best by keeping your eyes open always to become good expertise and also to be of high degree of professionalism.
Bye
Take care
