Really this is the good method for implementing in this present scenerio. Moroever, every organization should come forward for experimenting this method. If the result is good enough, we can go ahead for acceptance.

A senior advice for you. One of the friend said you to enter simply to know the market is the correct saying.
We all say that MBA means Master in Buis Admin. So, we are the masters of business.
But can you define how>>by reading/studying in curriculum? NO, not at all.
Hence, the practical meaning of MBA should be known to all MBA's.
1st Step: M= Market
2nd Step: B= Business
and then
A= Administration
where A= HR, Finance, Marketing, Production, Operations...etc.
So, as a fresher you should follow this strategy for a good and shining star of Management Guru of your specialisation. Confidence will come up and our set of dreams will also prove out.
Our dream is " You all are (freshers) our future. I mean the positions we hold now are waiting for you all but the road which leads to this place ...you have to decide. Do not wait for the mango to ripe on the tree and will fall on your hands for a good fruit dish rather procure immediately.

Joining to any stream is not bad enough but you think what is ur assets, what and why for >>.calculate and evaluate>>>>>Then proceed. See everything at this stage will be new for you and also easy to grip up. Well as a HR one should have all domain knowledge and expertise in any one field. So you have a long way to go ahead.
