I am participating in this event this year, so have researched a lot of information.

It is a great concept which is focused on employee health and wellness.The competition part will play a active role in achieving the desired level of employee engagement.

Even I am participating in the Stepathlon race this year.I have heard that 10000 steps in a day is not a big task and people achieve it.

But it is not that much, other teams may have members who always exceed 10000 steps and then we have to compete them.

What is the worry when it is a win-win situation either ways.

My company has enrolled us with Stepathlon virtual race which is based on the number of steps the participants walk.

The participants are employees of the company who are divided in to a number of teams.Every participant is given a pedometer which tracks the number of steps they walk.

Each team member has to walk a minimum of 10000 steps everyday and that is what creates a team effort to compete in terms of total steps each is walking.
