My company has enrolled us with Stepathlon virtual race which is based on the number of steps the participants walk.
The participants are employees of the company who are divided in to a number of teams.Every participant is given a pedometer which tracks the number of steps they walk.
Each team member has to walk a minimum of 10000 steps everyday and that is what creates a team effort to compete in terms of total steps each is walking.
Amazing engagement concept targeting also to employee health.
