I came across with amazing concept for health awareness between working employees by Stepathlon .Empoyers enroll their employees in this race and the employees are made to form teams.



Each team member is given a pedometer which tracks the number of steps walked.Every team member has to walk minimum of 10000 steps everyday for 100 days and that is how employees engage and interact with each other.

I completely agree with you, it is a amazing concept for focusing on employee health and gaining a desired level of employee engagement.
