We have Reward & Recogintion Programes. We felicitate employee every quaterly on performance, safety aspects and innovative ideas based on the recommendation by the departmental Heads and approval from the Committee.

EPS is employees pension scheme. The EPS should not be deducted from employees salary as Employer has to contribute towards the employees pension scheme. The total contribution by employer is 12% out of which 8.33% of contribution goes to Employees pension scheme.

The Professional Tax slab for Maharashtra has been revised with effect from 1st July 2009

Does not exceed 5000/- Nil
Exceed 5000/- but not 10000/- Rs. 175/- pm
Exceed 1000/- Rs. 200/- pm (except in February
Rs. 300/- pm)
