Job Description:
Will be part of the team managing the entire gamut of HR functions right from the time an employee walks into the organization till the time a person leaves.
1. Develop, manage, review and periodically update the HR policies, in tune with the market developments
2. Develop and manage performance evaluation, promotions and career growth initiatives
3. Been a part of the global roll out of HR programs/initiatives
4. Ability to effectively present information to senior leadership, other employees and public groups. Do corporate MIS.
5. Take active part in employee communication and reach-out programs
6. Be involved with new joining & separation formalities
7. Has worked on at least one full compensation cycle
Develop, recommend and implement Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policies, programs and activities to ensure the achievement of business requirements of attracting, motivating and retaining organizational talent.
8. Monitor and support compensation market analysis and job pricing / Market survey data collection & interpretation / Monitor the market positioning
9. Ensure effective communication and training on implementation of C&B programs
10. Lead, plan and coordinate the corporate induction & training programs.
Skills and Job Requirements:
1. Requires at least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Requires a candidate with a strategic & corporate perspective on the Core HR functions.
3. Able to work independently under minimum guidance.
Strong communication skills.
4. Should have experience in handling a team of atleast 4-5 people
