I agree with both priya and priyanka...........hr is for both men and women......and is till dont get it y this quetion still arises of men and women that who is better.......make 1 thing clear in your mind every individual have his/her own capability of working.Might be many people thinking HR is good for Women then y can't you accept it coz there are certain things were Men are good for.........so please I think HR is 4 both individually.
