This is based on the candidate also because, if the candidate is genuinely keen into getting into a position he/she applied they wouldn't sell themselve but propose themselve for the position.

If the breaks in a person career is genuine it would show in the way he/she presents oneself during the interview.

A good Post also a eye opener to many of them who dont know the truth. Wishing that this incident never happened with u guys, also praying that u people make a come back stronger than before as satyamites.

I agree to what all of you have menitoned in my case i had a break due to marriage, relocation and maternity.

How can u prove yourself when ur called for an interview and then told ok this is not what i expected but still lets go ahead with the interview?

Can i please get a feedback on this?
