What's the new strategy or technologies applied in the field of HR Management and also Recruitments?
Dear Anu!
Wishing U A Happy New Year 2009!
Excellent question from your. If you watch our forums topics and the news segment you can find many of the latest trends in the field of HR. But the synchronisation of the latest trends were not done so far. We can not able to say these are new trends/technologies in HR. But we can say these new dimensions as new ways to HR. If you take the cut in the employment by organisations will it said as new trend? But all the HR people/Top managements are searching out for various ways to retrenchment of their employees. In this also you can find different ways. Like that in one word we can not say this is the new trend/technology in HR.
The only latest thing in HR is to suit our management accordingly to their requirements and satisfying the employees also in the same way.
May RK/Krishnappa or other HRNA members gives more clarity/explanation/solution regarding your question and latest updates to you.
Regards,
Suneel G
