Very few people actually get the message of -- focussing on the "clean water" and not on the "ink"

Thanks for sharing....

Abraham Lincoln was born in 1809.
John F. Kennedy was born in 1917.

Booth was born on May 10, 1838, while Oswald was born on October 18, 1939. Similarly, the claim about Marilyn Monroe is simply false. Monroe died on August 5, 1962, which was more than a year before the Kennedy assassination.

John F. Kennedy had three children, two boys and one girl.

You should also know that Lincoln was not interested in Civil Rights as we understand them. His purpose was to prevent slavery from spreading to free states. In his famous Lincoln Douglas debates, he states this and adds that the negro is inferior to the whites and should not be given the right to vote and that they do not have the intellectual equality of white people. He believed slavery would eventually die out. It was not until the Civil War erupted that he sought to free the slaves.

Your question:

If you're determined to make negative judgments and criticisms, you'll find plenty of ways to do so. But what will that accomplish?

My opinion:
-- Correction or Better quality of output next time, otherwise why review anything at all ?

I agree with your other points though. :-)

Best wishes,
Amit
Didn't she have any husband(s) in her luxurious life ? ....

Apart from that, if she had been two (err..four) timing all her life, does she really deserve anyone's sympathy ?

I also think she was a mental case to ask anyone to die along with her....

:-)

Can you please elaborate as to what would be the purpose of a "Common Association for Recruiters" ?

Details from the same site:

National Skills Registry (NSR) is set-up and managed by NDML on behalf of NASSCOM www.nasscom.in. NSR is a web-based system hosting a fact sheet of information about existing and prospective employees of Indian IT & ITeS / BPO industry. This can be used by the IT & ITeS / BPO industry and its clients as a credible source of information about the IT Professionals (ITPs) who are being employed or put on client assignments. The system will also enhance the image of Indian IT & ITeS / BPO industry as one that has raised the bars on security standards in pursuit of excellence and client satisfaction. This will promote industry's claim for bigger share of global business on one hand and will reduce the cost of repetitive background checks on ITPs, on the other.

[5] Frequent selection of random employees for one-to-one discussion and making sure their voices / concerns are routed properly in the organization.
---------
It is not easy to keep the employees happy in an organization.

I would not like to repeat the skills like Attitude, Organizing skills, ..blah..blah... but I do believe the above points would make a marked shift in the perception of HR in any organization.

Open to feedbacks / arguments / suggestion / debates on the above points... :-)

Best wishes,
Amit
