Type: HR, Report if not a HR topic
Hi,
According to me 5 key skills for any HR Professional are:
1. Be professional (in all sense :) ) and not to let emotional/friendship influence you/ your work
2. Passion and commitment towards your work
3. Assess and Analyse and then conclude
4. Right Attitude - without this skills, knowledge, experience etc doesn't work.
5. Be Self Critical
Hi All,
Agreed with all points add one more
Think Strategically
You need to tap the full range of your intelligence-and the brain power of your
staff-to maximize your contribution. Get in the habit of asking penetrating questions of your staff and giving them the time to research the answers. The more you ask, the more you-and they-will learn.
