I would like to share few of my personal experience wherein I was completely blank when it came to answer the following interview questions.
1. Recently I had been for an interview where the interviewer just spoke to me for 2 min and then asked to do a role change that means that he wanted me to be in his place and he will be in my place and asked to continue with the interview and at the end I mus give him 2 reasons one to select and one to reject.
2. One organization a reputed one, asked me only one question, will you cross your professional limits to get your work done and when I said no then he says we cannot hire someone who does not have the passion to put extra efforts to achieve the set targets.
I was very angry and simply walked out.
3. In competency mapping what is the difference between competency and skill
4. Why should an organization hire female employees knowing the fact that they will take frequent leaves due to family issues, kids, maternity leave and many more?
Can someone help with the answers?
please share some of your experience as well
