Urgent requirment for AVP-HR Head for a Cement Company.
Criteria:
Candidate should have 20yrs to 30 yrs of experience heading the hr department for a cement company
Age:45 to 60yrs
Must and should know to Speak, Read and Write in Hindi.
Good at Communication
Location: Madhya Pradesh

I am glad to see your AVP-HR vacancy In a Cement Company . But i have worried about your requirment of Person from Cement Industry preferred ?. WHY.
this Job requirment has any role of HR with Chemical Mixing / equations / etc ...
or anything with PYRO-PROCESSING ? or DRY/ WET--Cement processing ? you are going to manufacture Only PORTLAND CEMENT right ? and
AVP-HR -has to do and Look after Human Beings Only right ? Other Industry HR-people don't have capacity to Manage a Cement Company ????????.
