Dear Raji,
Good Morning!
Plz don't think directly about the termination. Because it'll lead leagal consequences for the organization.
Now tell me ans of the following questions :

1. Did he/she informed about leave in written?
2. If yes, for how many days he/she had applied?
3. Did you sent any department letter to him/her to call back on duties?
4. Did you sent any warning-cum-suspension pending letter?

If any answer of abovementioned questions is 'No' so please do that first.
Then only think about last step i.e. termination.

Waiting for your reply.
Thanks & Rgs

Dear Sir/Madam

If an employee remains long absence from his duties without any prior approval or permission from the Deptt./Section concerned(More than 8days as per model standing orders).Official letter should be sent to him by regd.post to report for dutyon receipt of this letter. If he does not report for duty 2nd official letter should be sent to him with same procedure if he again fails to report for duty 3rd letter should be sent that he is no more intrested to work and he has abandoned the services on his own accord.(An internal enquiry which is called domestic enquiry, should be conducted.Thereafter the final Termination letter should be issued to him(which shall be communicated in his permanet and termporary address by regd.post with A.D.The receipt of the postal should be kept in his personal file.If it returns that addressee is not found with postal remarks should be kept in his/her personal file for future reference.
