Dear All,
Attached is the ppt on Talent management, please go through it and post your valuable comments.

Pradeep
Pradeep,
The ppt turn out to be very informative. It is a plain presentation and at the same time comprehensive.
I like the slide in which the following derivation is given:
(LQ+CQ+RQ+AQ)X Values = Talent
LQ= Capacity to Learn (Learning Quotient)
CQ= Capacity to Think (Conceptual Quotient)
RQ= Capacity to Relate (Relationship Quotient)
AQ= Capacity to Act (Action Quotient)
However, I would like to appeal here that it would be a good practice to mention the source of the information/ppt/doc being shared. If it is purely from your side, then, very substantial contribution on this platform, but, if it is made by somebody and you are not quoting the name of the maker/owner then it is not fair.
Thanks & regards,
Paramananda C.
