Dear All,

I can help you with a diagram which is very easy to understand as to how you can create KRA's & Key Tasks areas.

In a lighter way you should this question to yourself as what is KRA and how important is it in one's life. The moment you ask this term, one by one KRA's will start coming out and you will get to know the Do's and Dont's.

Hi Pradeep.

I praise your effort in bringing complex things explaining to simple diagramtic way .
