Hi Everyone,

This is a recession time and even Hr people feel the heat and many look for change. So they go for the interview and sometimes they get stuck by questions for which they doesn't know the right answers. let it be fresher or a experienced professionals. So the purpose for me to start this thread is to know what are all the questions asked to you if you attended any interview or what are all the questions you ask when someone come for a interview. This will be useful for me as well as everyone who attends the interview. Let me share my questions that were asked to me.

These were asked by a Hr from leading software company.

1). What is the latest version of Java, J2EE

2). What is Java SE and J2E expand both.

3). What's the difference between a project lead and a module lead.

This is what i remember now, i will share you some more once i get that in my mind. i expect replies from all the Hr's here and it will be really helpful for everybody.

Regards,

Rajesh

Hi Uma,

Thx for replying. i think for your first question i have answered in your Topic - need for consultancy.

What did you answer for Second question. Third is a technical question.

Tell me about yourself - this is what all the companies ask as a first question. Even i'm confused why people ask this. May be they want to know our personal life or professional life. This question is apt for Freshers but experienced people i don't think this is a correct question to be asked.

Regards,

Rajesh

Hi Rajesh,

In my last interview for HR the questions asked to me are as follows..

1) Were you working and whats your Job responsibility?
2) Why you want to leave your current organisation?
3) Do you know any thing about Statutory complience and Performance management? (this question was really difficut for me to answer but some how i manage to give answer ;) )

But now when i take interview of the candidates, i ask them more difficult question ... :)
