Hi All,

This is a sample salary slip without any amount mentioned. You need to just enter the Per month amount and it will automatically take the total amount in Per Annum column.

Hope attached sheet will help you in preparing the Salary Slip for your company.Generally components which consititue CTC are as below.

PF company Contribution

ESI Company contibution.

Statutory Bonus

Gratuity (Depends from company to company)

Mobile Reimbursement

Pradeep

Thank you for sharing the Salary Slip doc. This is helpful. Well, there are few companies which show only the employee side of the details like as in the Cont towards PF fund. Is it wrong in any ways. I mean under the company law is it necessary for the employer to give all the description on the salary slip?

I would like anyone to comment on this query.

Thank you in advance,
-Harsh

hi Harsh

Instead of the company again asking u to submit a new pay slip it is better if u can fill all the details and submit it to then once and for all

Hi sandeep,

As iam fresher to this industry.

I need salary components and sections under each salary component and also their tax break ups(like what are sections comes under basic,HRA,CA,CCA etc and what is the tax slab for each component) and FBT(Fringa benefit tax) slabs.

For example, if an employee is under tax bracket what are the provisions available for tax exemption. How an employee can convert tax into fringe benefit to exempt from tax?

I need ur suggestions also.

Kindly help me in this regard.......

I think PF for company contribution is not 12%, it is 13.61%.

Obviously, they have to. Employers are supposed to show all the salary deductions on the payslip. Otherwise, how can an employee know about it. They can show in the Taxation also either way.
