Dear Friends,
Could you people provide me inputs on "Steps involved in Compensation Benchmarking".
I am working as a Executive HR in a Ferro Alloy Manufacturing firm. The thing is that many ferro alloy companies are at West Bengal, Orissa and Chhattisgarh. Each company has its own way of compensating there employees.
We want to standardise our Compensation system through Compensation Benchmarking. Can you help me in providing the methods and process of it.
