Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator(female candidate only)

Experience: 5 - 9 [ Minimum of 5 years in End to End Recruitment ]

Location: Chennai(only)



Experience

-Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment with 2 years in major multi-national(Must)



Education

-University Degree



Job Description: -

-Capable of learning the leading edge recruitment process



-Process: receipt of resumes, preliminary screening of resumes, calling-up the candidates, interview scheduling, conducting office tests, coordinating with interview committee, filling & maintaining the scorecards



-Manage the resumes database



-Capable of working closely with the hiring sources



-Very good written and spoken English



-Excellent computer skills: outlook, word, excel



Shift:day shift

Salary:4.5 L to 5.5 L P\A+ incentives
