you want to know the salary designing of the employee or want some vendor to take care salary issues, send request to pradeep for the forms or related data to provide.

i want to know the salary design of the employee like salary break up,components of salary .variation of salary components from candidate to candate. break up criteria would vary from executive level to senior vp hr.

it varies not company to company, i have few with me but i can't add here as they are salary break scan copy of candidates. Please ping few company HR manager for the same
