Please help me with a questionnaire for the BSC freshers as I have to conduct a test as a screening round for Pharma organisation.It shoul be little theoritical and tough so that best can be shortlisted for further rounds.
preferable if they are multiple choice questions.
Plz it's very urgent for me, any one can help me out..........

Please be more specific about what you are looking for...
I could understand that you are looking for Science background
students (college passed outs) for your pharma firm & you are trying
to gather some information on their relative subject.
But, are you looking to have an aptitude test as well?
What is the background which you are recruiting for? BSc what?
Micro? Genetics? Biotech? Biochemistry?! etc...
Also, it would help you a lot if you can approach some colleges and ask advice from the lecturers (if you are not from Science background).
You can always ask them to provide you the previous years' question papers, they will have the multiple choice questions & ask them to help you out with the answers.
There are plenty of books available for degree/intermediate students who are planning to write their Pharam/Medical/MSc. enterance examinations... those books have lot of questions along with the answers....This also helps you to get a candidate who has a strong base knowledge in her/his field since those questions would be from the entire 12 years of schooling.

there is no one size fits all type of questionnaire
you need to understand whats important for your organization both technical, aptitude and other skill set requirements and accordingly work with appropriate folks in your org and come up with a questionnaire
