Sorry Pradeep. I thought its a MIS reprot for "HR" but it turned out to be a tracker for Recruitment.

probably my expectations are wrong

Recruitement is the sole of HR ITs a very Imp part of HR

ITS A ONE SIDE OF COIN...............

pradeep's post is very much useful

u would be able to add some other required parts of hr after that in this MIS
