Could anyone share the insight of enhanced roles during Mergers & Acquisitions? A spectrum of workflow with respect to Change manangement , Legal implications , impact at levels dealing Stratergic and executive roles would be helpful.

Hi Rashmi,

I have a couple of .pdf files which tells us about the HR's roles during Mergers & Acquisitions. These are not the latest ones but i think still it has got very important and valid content
