Hi Swaminathan,
I am saritha, HR - Executive. I would like to know about Performance Appraisal. Before sending the form to the Team leaders or the supervisor, Is there any procedure to infom the Manager or the Director regarding the appraisal of the Employee ( need to mention the details to the Manager before following the procedure) please help me out in this regard.

Before suggesting you something, i would like to say that performance appraisal process is not the same in all the organizations. It is varied from company to company & cannot generalize things here.. I'm not sure what culture is followed in your organization., If you wanted to know the details of how performance appraisals are taken out, jus have a look into the below link.. Else, you need to be more specific in clarifying things.. Hope i'm clear in my message, if not ping me, i would definitely try to help out with what i know...
