Is being aggressive a bad quality?????
Being Aggressive is not a bad quality.
However..........
Can we discuss upon this
Aggressive and Assertive are two different words but most of the time assertive is misunderstood with aggressiveness. Aggressiveness carries the arrogance. It is threatening. Assertive is standing for own rights (includes thoughts also) and firmly influencing others.
Aggressiveness is not good in professional organizations but assertive is the perquisite of any job.
