Hi Pradeep,

I just surfed the interview rating form. I am not sure the intended users of this. However, i have some following observations -

1. If you look at some of the contents eg. behavior profile the data that will be captured could be subjective and debatable because it is the perception of the interviewer at that point in time. Therefore, I think it is high time some scientific methodology must be used for the same. You being HR; you know the sentivity of individual data. It is IP driven; therefore, the data on people must be accurate.

2. I think you should have captured some data on individual EQ and see whether it matches with the prospective requirements. It is very much important especially now a days; as Organization would have had their internal system created, which they may not be interested to break by any one.

3. I am not sure whether you have any system to refine the interview form at frequent intervals say at least once in qtr. just to incorporate the best practices and expriences based on reality.

thanks.

Hi Pradeep,

As suresh rightly pointed out that this form needs revision every quarter to avoid ambiguity. There can be lot changes to the form to make it more user friendly than melting down to controversies.

All the very best. No doubt, its a job well done.
